Our Philosophy
As Unitarians we believe in the ongoing search for meaning, purpose, value and spiritual depth in life. In this spirit, we offer customized ceremonies to mark life’s major events that reflect and honour your values and beliefs. Formal or informal, large or small, secular or non-secular, we will work with you to create and officiate a meaningful ceremony that is beautiful and memorable, at the place of your choosing within the GTA.

Unitarian Officiants
Learn more about our team here. Unitarian Officiants are trained by the Canadian Unitarian Council and licensed by their Province. We offer services to the community so that ceremonies and rites-of-passage can be available to all people, whether they identify as secular, religious, ‘spiritual-but-not-religious’, or belong to an interfaith or multicultural family. From birth through death – including living Celebration of Life services for those who choose MAID (Medical Assistance in Dying) – we offer a personalized approach to marking important life events.
